Mr. Nimphie has over 37 years of extensive experience in all facets of the retail automotive, fleet leasing and equipment leasing environment. He has held positions from Chief Operating Officer to Operating Partner and Operating Manager for numerous large dealerships. He began his career as an account executive for Fleet Leasing of America in Detroit and then worked for 18 years with George Ballas Buick GMC/Toyota in Toledo, OH. During this time period, he also began and operated what would become the largest dealer affiliated leasing company in the country with vehicles in 44 states. Upon selling his interests and relocating to Florida, he became operating partner for Lexus of Tampa Bay/Clearwater for 15 years. Currently, Mr. Nimphie is the principal of Lease South LLC, an equipment leasing company handling all types of equipment from $5,000 to $35MM. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University and served as president of the Toledo Auto Dealers Association and the Ohio Car and Truck Rental and Leasing Association. Mr. Nimphie served on the Lexus Dealer Council, Board of Directors of the Florida ALS Association, Hillsborough County Education Association and Tampa Centre Club.
