Ms. Gunn joined Athena Financial Advisors, Inc. in early 2006 and was promoted to Vice President in 2009. At Athena Ms. Gunn assists in the origination and execution of Athena's merger and acquisition and private placement transactions. Ms. Gunn joined Athena from Key Financial Corporation, one of the nation's leading mortgage lenders originating billions of dollars of loans annually. As Office Manager and Director of Human Resources for the National Marketing Center (NMC) of Key Financial, Ms. Gunn oversaw all aspects of Human Resources, Administration, and Payroll for over 120 employees. In addition to being a department head at the NMC, Ms. Gunn also oversaw reporting and training manuals for various departments. She has over a decade of assisting businesses in restaurant management and hospitality, technology (“smart homes”), retail and consumer discretionary manufacturing. Ms. Gunn started her investment career in 1992 with the acquisitions team at Keystone Investments - an investment management and mutual fund company which had $11.6 billion in assets under management at the time it was acquired by First Union in 1996. Ms. Gunn is a FINRA Registered Representative currently holding a Series 7 license and a Series 66 license.
